Schnellbuegel |
Michael
is a TOGAF certified expert with long years of experience
in Process and Architecture consulting and training.
He is a member of the Association of Enterprise
Architects (a|EA), and through PROMIS Solutions
AG, in the Open Group. After
his study, Michael was working for long years as
Programme Manager and has gained fundamental experience
in
the
management of of
complex international projects. This practical experience
with
processes and
|
architectures led to a consulting activity in process
and architecture modeling and optimisation and finally
in the foundation of PROMIS. Promis Solutions AG,
has since its foundation, focused on enterprise
architecture and has expanded its core theme by
merging with a tool vendor. PROMIS offers its products
and services worldwide and has international operating
enterprises as well as administrations as customers.
Michael
has conducted several public training courses with
participants from Hewlett Packard Belgium and Germany,
PriceWaterhouseCoopers Switzerland, KPMG Austria,
Metropolitan Railroads South Africa, General Motors
Austria, to name a few. Michael has also conducted
in-house training courses for a number of organisations
including MTN Nigeria, Banif Bank Portugal and Colmobil
Israel.
His consulting experience has included several engagements
with customers in Germany in different verticals
as well as public administration like the State
of Hamburg.

Sushil
Chatterji, Director and Principal Consultant, Edutech
Enterprises (Singapore)
Sushil Chatterji is Director &
Principal Consultant of Edutech Enterprises (a specialist
advisory consulting and training company). Sushil
has been providing consulting and training services
in Europe and the South East Asian region over the
last 10 |
years.
His primary areas of engagement are in Business
Governance of IT, and Enterprise Architecture for
Business Transformation. He
has worked with such
client organisations as the European Commission,
ABN AMRO, Hewlett Packard, Bank Negara Malaysia,
DRB-Hicom Malaysia, Citibank, Petroleum Corporation
of Thailand (PTT), Singapore Airlines, DBS Bank,
United Overseas Bank, Infocomm Development Authority
of Singapore, Central Provident Fund Board of Singapore,
and Singapore National Library Board.
Sushil
works independently and together with associates
to provide learning, facilitation and strategy
deployment services to assist organisations in
integrating process, knowledge, technology and
change approaches for improving business and organisational
performance. A strong proponent of Business Governance
of IT, and Enterprise Architecture for Business
Transformation, Sushil advises, coaches, trains
and mentors using best practices, frameworks and
process-improvement
methodologies. He is a trainer and speaker at
industry seminars, conferences and workshops.
At
the forefront of developments in Governance of
IT, Sushil is a member of the global expert development
team of COBIT, the de facto IT Governance control
framework from the IT Governance Institute (ITGI),
and its related Value Management framework, Val
IT. He is an accredited trainer in IT Governance
(by the ITGI), and is adjunct lecturer at the
Solvay Brussels School of Business and Economics
for its Executive Masters in IT Governance programme.
Sushil is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) member
of the ISO workgroup on IT Governance which recently
published the first worldwide standard in this
area. Among his affiliations, Sushil is partner
of ICTControl in Brussels (www.ictcontol.eu).
In this consortium of specialists, he is responsible
for the Value Governance and Enterprise Architecture
practice area. He is member of the Global Enterprise
Architecture Organisation (GEAO), the Singapore
Institute of Directors (SID), and the Institute
of Management Consultants (IMC). He holds a Masters
degree in Business Management and has professional
certification in Enterprise Architecture and also
Managing Information Technology from the U.S.

the IT industry, Sushil has held such positions

Leong Mun Kew, Chief Technology Officer and Deputy
Chief Information Officer,
National Library Board
Leong
Mun Kew is responsible for ensuring the alignment
of IT to business strategy, and for looking at future
technology directions. |
Prior
to his current rolet, Mun Kew was Principal Scientist
and Programme Director for Services Research at
the A*STAR Institute for Infocomm Research.
From 1999 to 2001, Mun Kew was VP and CTO at an
IT startup delivering custom distributed deep search
technologies and services. His personal research
was in information retrieval, mobile and social
information management, educational technologies,
digital libraries and distributed multilingual search
systems. He has published and patented in these
areas, and is an invited speaker at many talks.
Mun Kew received his PhD from Stanford University.
He has more than 20 years of R&D and commercial
experience in IT. He serves as a member of the Advisory
Board for the School of IT at Temasek Polytechnic,
the advisory board of the AIRS Symposium series,
and was formerly Adjunct Associate Professor at
the National Institute of Education.

Kevin Lee Smith is the founder of
Pragmatic EA, the company that launched the Pragmatic

East Asia and America.

David
Goldwich earned an MBA degree, concentrating in
Business Management and Organisation. |
He
later earned a Juris Doctor degree and practiced
law in the United States for over ten years. Recognising
that lawyers focus on problems rather than solutions,
David turned to education and training as ways of
producing positive change.
He has lectured and developed course materials at
institutions of higher learning in the United States
and Singapore. David is also a trained mediator
and has experience in managing a business.
David shows us how to negotiate like an

John Grygorcewicz, Principal
Bispro Consulting (Indonesia)
John
has been working with major government and private
organisations in Asia in the areas of performance
improvement enabled by technology. This focus has
not only been on the effective use of technology
but
also about how the organisation |
has to modify its operational workflows, and in
many cases its operating structure to successfully
introduce and manage automation that is brought
about by technology.
As a previous Principal with Ernst & Young’s
usiness Risk Services practice , focusing on systems
and processes,and now Managing Director of his own
performance improvement advisory consultancy, he
has a strong understanding of the issues regarding
visibility of both the technology environment as
well as the business architecture to ensure informed
and correct decision making can be carried out,
as well as managing the risk and continuity issues
that need to be considered. John is a seasoned EA
consultant to both the corporate and government
sector in Indonesia.
John will help us take better stock of where

Lolitta Suffian is
the Site Director, Malaysia Operations
TeleTech. Lolita started as an agent for
a customer service helpdesk at a local outsourcing
company servicing the Australian market. |
Lolitta
then moved on to become Team Leader in another local
outsourcing company. With her vast experience in
contact centre operations, she then accepted the
role of Operations Manager at another contact centre.
Moving on upwards to become Senior Operations Manager,
Lolitta now manages the Malaysian operations for
TeleTech. COPC certified and Six Sigma trained,
Lolitta values quality and has proved to be effective
in developing and facilitating the implementation
of a world-class strategy to enable customer service

the Founder and Chief Executive of the Centre for
Customer Care (CCC) Malaysia. He has conducted
extensive research worldwide on customer service
as well as customer behaviour as related to business. |
And his latest piece of research lies in Emotional

through employee work performance.
With more than 28 years experience in service operations
and Human Resource Management, Allen is an experienced
Customer Service Consultant, HR Consultant and Executive
Search Consultant.
Allen has held senior managerial positions in diverse
industries such as food and beverage, entertainment,
manufacturing, property development and construction.
A trainer and consultant, Allen has provided training
and consultancy to a number of banks, governmental
bodies, insurance firms, direct-selling outfits,
fast-food restaurants and contact centres. Allen
holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration
from Southern Cross University, Australia and an
MBA from the University of Dubuque, Iowa in the
US.

and an Open Space Technology (OST) Facilitator.
For the last 10 years he has been coaching, training
and facilitating individuals and groups. |

arrived from the UK, he is now based in Malaysia
