Sales Executive
The
Position
We
are currently looking for energetic and entrepreneurial
individuals for the position of Sales Executive. You
will sell seats at business conferences/seminars as
well as magazine advertising space.
Reporting
to the Sales Director, you will pro-actively cold call
SME’s and blue chip companies across designated
sectors, promoting our conferences and seminars.You
will need to manage your sales process effectively,
so that potential business opportunities are not missed.
You will need excellent inter-personal skills, with
the ability to communicate with and relate to all levels
both within and outside the organization. In promoting
these products, you will be speaking with high-calibre
decision makers, thus requiring a good command of the
English language, both spoken and written. You will
be able to break down complex concepts, make logical
comparisons and identify underlying patterns and connections
in promoting these products.
This
is an outbound sales environment, yet you will be expected
to maintain a high level of customer service in your
dealings with prospective clients.

* Meeting outbound call and revenue targets
* Meeting call and sales targets set for each campaign
* Continuous updating and enhancement of the corporate
database through the collection and collation of all
leads generated
* Meet established deadlines
* Demonstrate an ability to sell the company’s
product range in a professional manner

* Able to conduct in-depth research via telephone and
online to support your sales initiatives

Requirements
* Graduate (any discipline)
* Minimum 1 year in a business to business cold-calling
sales position
* Strong language skills (English), both written and
oral
* Must be able to demonstrate a personal track record
in sales
* Prepared to make a minimum of 70 cold calls daily
* Highly motivated and tenacious
* Excellent phone manner
* Strong closing instinct
* Pro-active approach to lead generation

A competitive compensation package is offered comprising
a high base salary and commission structure. For the
right candidate, rapid advancement to managerial positions
will be considered.
