Robert's background
Rob is a Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org. He is New Zealand's
only Professional Scrum Master and Professional Scrum Developer
Trainer with Scrum.org.
With
over 15 years of software development experience, Rob has a history
of leading change in large organisations. Rob has helped several
large companies transition to Scrum and improve their software development
lifecycle using solid ALM practices.
Rob has worked with many large banks and insurance organisations
(General, Life and Health) and has run Scrum training for the biggest
bank in New Zealand and Australia, ANZ Bank. He counts ASB Bank
(New Zealand) and the Commonwealth Bank Group (Australia) as his
clients.
Rob's
experience includes everything from working as a Scrum Master to
coaching teams in Scrum and software development practices to helping
testers master automated testing techniques using tools such as
Fitnesse.
Rob's specialties include Scrum Master, Scrum Coach, Agile Development,
SCRUM, Agile transition, software development best practice, automated
testing as well as Team Foundation Server 2010.
